PHILADELPHIA—September 4, 2013—Yoh has won a 2013 American Staffing Association (ASA) Staffing VOICE Award for media relations. The award recognizes Yoh’s Agile development content marketing campaign, which employed a breadth of written and visual content aimed at a variety of media channels to engage both Agile developers and the employers seeking these professionals. The ASA Staffing VOICE Awards honor the voice, originality, innovation, creativity, and effectiveness of ASA member communications campaigns.
Drawing on CareerBuilder data that revealed the demand for Agile developers was more than four times the active candidate network, Yoh developed a strategic communications campaign to drive awareness of available staffing services that help employers source and recruit Agile talent in a competitive market. In addition, the content targeted Agile developers themselves, advising them on how to evaluate employers and find the best fit for their skills.
Yoh’s winning campaign involved the creation of a content bundle, including blog posts, infotoons, byline articles, and an infographic. These assets were then published through a variety of top-tier media and influential platforms, including InformationWeek, GigaOM, VentureBeat, and Yoh’s blog, The Seamless Workforce. By combining quality content with media relations efforts, the campaign reached more than 5 million readers and launched Yoh into the top 10 Google search results for “agile development” and “agile hiring.”
