Frances Coady Named Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Day & Zimmermann

PHILADELPHIA, PA – October 27, 2014 – Day & Zimmermann (D&Z), the century-old, family-owned provider of construction & engineering, staffing and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world, announced today that current Vice President of Human Resources for the company’s Munitions and Government business unit, Frances Coady, has been named Senior Vice President of Human Resources for D&Z.

Prior to joining D&Z, Coady served as the Human Resource Leader at industrial manufacturer, Met-Pro Corporation.  She also served as a human resource expert and leader at Merck & Co., Inc. and Exxon Mobil Corporation for more than two decades. Since joining D&Z in early 2014, Coady has led the HR team for the Munitions and Government business unit, working directly with the President of the unit and the leadership team to achieve strategic goals and increased operational efficiency.
