Day & Zimmermann Promotes Diana McConnell to Vice President of O&M Contractor Services

In her new role, McConnell will be responsible for Open Shop craft recruiting, coordinating with technical and vocational schools and Day & Zimmermann's security services group. This promotion demonstrates Day & Zimmermann's commitment to its core value of diversity and its ongoing effort to advance diversity in its executive ranks. McConnell has been with the company for 17 years, most recently developing an industry-leading craft recruiting and placement organization with a fill-rate of more than 98 percent.
