Andy Roane Joins Yoh as Vice President of Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Roane brings more than 15 years of experience in RPO and Internet recruiting to Yoh

PHILADELPHIA—August 26, 2013—Yoh announced today the appointment of Andy Roane as Vice President of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). In his new role, Roane will drive the strategic direction and operational execution of Yoh’s RPO business, building on Yoh’s strength at sourcing and vetting elusive candidates for positions in industries ranging from information technology to health care. In addition, Roane will lead the expansion of both sales and delivery of Yoh’s RPO business in the U.S. and Europe to help more clients onboard the talent they need.

An accomplished strategist and industry veteran, Roane brings more than 15 years of human capital industry experience to the role, including six years as Vice President, Operations for PeopleScout, where he led RPO engagements with Fortune 500 companies. He also served as Managing Partner of Itb Recruiting, a sales recruiting firm, and developed new sales channels in his role as Vice President of Sales for Monster.com.

“Andy has led sales and operations teams for some of the leading brands in Internet recruiting and recruitment process outsourcing,” said Lori Schultz, President of Yoh. “He’s worked on all levels of the RPO business and has demonstrated an uncanny ability to nurture client relationships and deliver exceptional results. We believe these skills will help us further distinguish Yoh’s RPO services as the best in the industry and uniquely focused on client needs. As we offer more companies the opportunity to increase the quality and speed of their talent acquisition, as well as to scale their recruiting capacity through RPO, Andy’s expertise and experience will prove a key asset in helping Yoh extend its leadership position in RPO.”

“The RPO industry is still in its infancy, but as it evolves, the strength of partnerships between RPO providers and clients will be the determining factor in success,” said Roane. “Yoh has set itself apart as the company that can identify and target the quality talent that clients need in order to stay competitive in an uncertain economy where change is an inherent part of the process. Our goal is to expand our clients’ ability to leverage outsourced efficiencies while allowing them to focus on their core competencies.”
