As Executive Sponsor for Day & Zimmermann’s LGBT+ Employee Resource Group, I’m saying Happy Pride for the last time this year. Pride has a lot of different meanings for different people – for the LGBT community, it represents the idea that there is nothing wrong with who they are, and that they are worth celebrating. Similarly, for Day & Zimmermann, it means bringing your whole self to work.
