As Executive Sponsor for Day & Zimmermann’s LGBT+ Employee Resource Group, I’m saying Happy Pride for the last time this year. Pride has a lot of different meanings for different people – for the LGBT community, it represents the idea that there is nothing wrong with who they are, and that they are worth celebrating. Similarly, for Day & Zimmermann, it means bringing your whole self to work. Lisa Ann Cooney is Sr. Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Day & Zimmermann. She is a member of the Company's Leadership Council, which makes decisions regarding overall Company strategy and policy. She chairs the Company's Ethics & Compliance Committee and is a member of the Company's Executive Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
