Day & Zimmermann and Minnotte Contracting's combined labor relations strategy establishes and maintains labor productivity and availability by conducting regular meetings with the local labor council and local halls. We also work at the regional and national level with union managers and leaders to promote labor availability and skills growth. We hold various Board of Director seats and are heavily involved with the committees that administer the national agreements in Washington, D.C.
