Day & Zimmermann transitioned and executed more than 425 capital and maintenance projects at three locations for a large chemical company. The transition was completed in five weeks with no loss in productivity and no impact on operations. D&Z’s EPC execution strategy resulted in client cost savings of $95 million.
D&Z also supported 300 capital projects and 20 large capital projects with a TIC of $899 Million. More than 175 resources worked on-site and from the home office, supporting facilities in two locations.
