Michael H. “Mike” Yoh, Munitions Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, has been named the winner of the prestigious 2026 National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Jim Shields Lifetime Achievement Award.
The Jim Shields Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes the enduring impact of Jim Shields’ career in strengthening the United States’ national security posture and defense industrial base through his leadership in the munitions enterprise.
Presented annually, the award honors an individual who embodies Jim Shields’ lifelong commitment to supporting warfighters, advancing the Munitions Industrial Base, and strengthening the broader munitions enterprise.
Mike was presented with the award today, March 18, at the NDIA Munitions Executive Summit in Parsippany, NJ.
