Meet Lindsey Thompson, Senior Compensation Analyst and the newest co-chair of our Young Professionals Resource Group! The YPRG supports the next generation of D&Z to help develop professional skills by networking, mentoring, and coaching to provide opportunities in career development.
What made you interested in getting involved and becoming a co-chair?
"I have been involved with the YPRG for a few years on the leadership team, and I have really enjoyed helping to plan various events and panels. As a member of our Human Resources team, I understand the importance of groups like the ERGs to help an employee feel comfortable and make connections."
Can you tell us a little more about your involvement and what the YPRG means to you?
"I think that the ERGs provide an excellent opportunity to feel more connected to the company and other employees throughout our various businesses, to learn from others, and to give back through community service events. Especially in the YPRG, we are very focused on opportunities to help our fellow employees grow in their careers and development!"
