For over 20 years, the Corporate Equality Index has helped advance LGBTQ+ equality in the workplace. It is known as the premier survey benchmarking tool on how corporations across the United States and beyond are adopting equitable workplace policies, practices and benefits for LGBTQ+ employees.
D&Z is listed as one of 1,200 of the nation's largest businesses that demonstrated commitment to implementing LGBTQ-inclusive policies and practices. We received a very respectable score of 90 out of 100!
