Michelle Quinn

Business Development Principal

Michelle Quinn serves as our Business Development Principal for our National Intelligence Division at Day & Zimmermann.

For more than twenty years, Michelle has worked in high-threat, austere, and post-conflict operations, providing a broad scope of security, training, operational, and logistics solutions for DOD, DOS, DOE, and OGAs. Supporting the private sector, Michelle is focused on critical U.S. Government missions and programs with acute security needs, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Capture at Constellis; Senior Vice President of Operations at Patriot Group International; Vice President at VxL Enterprises; Vice President for International Programs at A-T Solutions; Operations Manager for a multi-agency Counter-Terrorism program at the FBI National Lab in Quantico; and Manager of Operations and Training for DOS’ Worldwide Protective Services Program. Michelle has also worked on Capitol Hill at the House BankingCommittee advancing legislation tied to work and funding of IMF, World Bank andDOS; at the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB); and at privatefamily philanthropies in Kentucky and Washington, DC.

Michelle currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) in Geneva, Switzerland, where she was elected in 2021 to represent Private Security Services companies across the Americas on the PSC Industry Pillar. She also serves on the Board of Friends of the American University of Afghanistan and Eagle Online Academy, two NGO’s supporting the brave and unwavering educational goals of Afghan women and girls.
