Day & Zimmermann's Regina Blair, VP of Talent, Organizational Development and Diversity and Inclusion, Day & Zimmermann and Launia Terry, VP of HR, Munitions & Government, Corporate Talent Acquisition, DZConneX and Yoh, are amongst the 49 leaders recognized in Staffing Industry Analysts' 2023 List of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers. The 2023 DE&I List of Influencers — US and Canada list, is SIA’s salute to individuals who have made great strides in advancing diversity in the workforce solutions ecosystem.
The 2023 DE&I honorees have been passionate advocates for others — including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, disabled, women and working mothers, and military veterans and spouses — while never shying away from tough conversations on DE&I. Their efforts are as diverse as the communities they serve, and these leaders have been passionate about bridging opportunity gaps at their companies or externally.

VP of Talent, Organizational Development and Diversity and Inclusion, Day & Zimmermann
Regina is not only passionate about pushing forward diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives — she’s also passionate about creating safe spaces for people to have real and honest discussions about DE&I where they may not otherwise feel safe or comfortable to do so. “I connect very deeply with the work that I do because I’m all about relationships and connection,” she explains. “Nothing makes me happier than when I can make a connection between people who would not have connected before and they can learn something from one another that they didn’t know before.”
