As we begin Pride Month, I want to recognize the many employees, colleagues, friends, and family members who are part of the LGBTQ community and who contribute every day to the strength of our company and culture. I’m honored to serve as the executive sponsor of TRUE COLORS, our Employee Resource Group supporting LGBTQ employees and allies.
Diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives strengthens teams. It improves collaboration, innovation, problem-solving, and ultimately helps us better serve our customers and communities. The business case for inclusion is simple: when employees feel they belong, they are more engaged, more productive, and more willing to share ideas and work together.
Pride Month is a reminder that we all play a role in creating a culture grounded in respect, professionalism, and opportunity for everyone. Inclusion is not about politics — it is about people, teamwork, and ensuring every employee has the chance to succeed.
Thank you to the members of TRUE COLORS and to all employees who help make our company stronger through integrity, collaboration, and respect every day.
