Yoh to Present at the 2011 Staffing Industry Analysts CWS Summit

Company executives to help attendees take their contingent workforce to the next level

PHILADELPHIA—September 27, 2011Yoh, a provider of talent and outsourcing services, announced today that the company will present at the Staffing Industry Analysts 2011 CWS Summit in three separate events. Yoh executives will offer best practices on communicating with contingent workforce providers in a manner that ensures the development of a strong program, designed to meet a company’s strategic business objectives.

Lori Schultz, President of Yoh, is participating in the panel “Building Your Contingent Workforce Program,” being held Tuesday, Oct. 4, from 2p.m. to 3p.m. This session will focus on rolling out a contingent workforce initiative. Panelists will review how cutting-edge companies and programs got their start, how plans changed over time, and lessons learned from the implementation. Joining Schultz is Karen Vicario, Director, Global Recruiting Operations at American Express, and Ed Mosely, Program Director, External Human Services at Kaiser Permanente. Adrianne Nelson, Director of Global Client Services at Staffing Industry Analysts, will moderate the panel.

Also presenting at the summit is Yoh’s Matt Rivera, Director of Customer Solutions, who will participate in the roundtable discussion “Developing an Effective RFP”  on Tuesday, Oct. 4. Running from 9:00 a.m. through 11:15 a.m., Rivera’s roundtable will allow peers and colleagues to dive into the issues surrounding the development of an RFP with facilitated discussion.

Finally, Joel Capperella, Vice President at Yoh, will represent the company in a supplier round-up focusing on “Three critical questions to ask your MSP or contingent workforce providers and why they are important,” on Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. As part of this presentation, Capperella will highlight the three most critical questions to ask your MSP and emphasize the importance of employment brand and social media in nurturing talent communities.

“Attendees will leave these sessions with solid ideas and best practices to help build and manage a contingent workforce strategy,” says Schultz. “Contracted labor is becoming increasingly crucial to successful business operations and outcomes. It is critical that when selecting and managing a contingent workforce program that both the provider and client work collaboratively to develop and implement a strategic workforce plan that fuels an organization’s growth.”

Yoh will be exhibiting at the Summit in booth space #410/311 throughout the event.

The 2011 CWS Summit will be held Oct. 4 and 5, 2011, at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Las Vegas. It is the only event geared toward corporate buyers of contingent labor. In its seventh year, the show promises to give key performance indicators to make a positive impact for managing the contingent workforce.  For more information on the summit and a complete agenda, visit the Staffing Industry Analysts website.
