Director of Organizational Development Jameel Rush, Speaker at 2017 Diversity & Inclusion Forum

PHILADELPHIA, PA – February 13, 2017 –Day & Zimmermann (D&Z), the century-old, family-owned provider of construction & engineering, staffing and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world, is proud to recognize Jameel Rush, Director of Organizational Development, as a distinguished speaker at the 2017 Diversity & Inclusion Forum in Springfield, PA held on February 2.

The forum closely evaluated current D&I initiatives and provided in-depth insights into the future implementation of these programs using engaging roundtable discussions and hands-on lectures. It featured some of the top leaders across various industries who engaged listeners through a range of topics regarding generational, racial and sexual differences. 

 

Jameel participated specifically in the Millennial “Roundtable” Panel which featured young professionals from companies around the Philadelphia area discussing what organizations can do to continue to engage millennials.

Jameel joined Day & Zimmermann in January 2016 as the new Director of Organizational Development. In this role he partners with D&Z’s Engineering, Construction, and Maintenance Group (ECM) and its Manufacturing Group (DZMG) in all aspects of Talent and Organizational Development.
