In her new role, McConnell will be responsible for Open Shop craft recruiting, coordinating with technical and vocational schools and Day & Zimmermann's security services group. McConnell has been with the company for 17 years, most recently developing an industry-leading craft recruiting and placement organization with a fill-rate of more than 98 percent.
