Day & Zimmermann forms Joint Venture with WorleyParsons

Day & Zimmermann's engineering, construction and maintenance group entered into a joint venture with global engineering company WorleyParsons to provide turnkey solutions to the U.S. fossil industry.

The joint venture, Integrated Plant Solutions (IPS), offers a single source of bundled, integrated solutions for engineering, construction and maintenance projects for electric utilities, public power and independent power producers.
