PHILADELPHIA, PA – January 19, 2015 – Day & Zimmermann (D&Z), the century-old, family-owned provider of construction & engineering, staffing and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world, announced today that, effectively immediately, current Manager of Corporate Development, Craig Warznak, will now be the Director and Head of Corporate Development for D&Z. He succeeds Steve Selfridge, who was recently promoted to become the President of SOC, a wholly-owned division of D&Z.
“I am incredibly pleased to have Craig take on this role,” said William Hamm, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of D&Z. “Having excelled in his previous role over the last four years, we feel Craig is very well-qualified for this position and are looking forward to continuing our pursuit of M&A and strategic growth opportunities under Craig’s guidance.”
