Day & Zimmermann Completes Acquisition of Admiral Security Services' Dallas Branch
The office in Dallas, TX will merge with the company’s existing operations in Dallas and will serve customers across the state
Philadelphia, Pa.—June 1, 2008— Day & Zimmermann Security Services, a leading provider of managed security services, today announced it has completed the acquisition of the Dallas branch of Admiral Security Services, a Maryland-based security firm. The acquisition expands Day & Zimmermann Security Services’ presence in Texas, as well as its portfolio in the commercial real estate industry.

The Dallas office will merge with Day & Zimmermann’s existing operations in Dallas, one of its two locations in the state. Admiral’s 85 employees and support staff will remain in their positions, including District Manager, Nancy Montgomery, who will continue to serve in her current leadership role. Day & Zimmermann plans to continue to hire more security officers as their client roster in the area expands.
