PHILADELPHIA—May 20, 2008—Day & Zimmermann Security Services, a leading provider of managed security services, today announced it has been named the recipient of the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development Award by the New Jersey State Industrial Safety Committee for its achievement in the prevention of occupational injuries during the year 2007.
Now in its 80th year, the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development Award is presented annually as part of the Governor's Annual Occupational Safety and Health Awards Program to a company, facility or department that for three consecutive years has worked without lost time from a work-related injury or illness. Winners must also be previous recipients of the Division of Public Safety & Occupational Safety & Health Award.
