Bill Wasilewski

President, Process & Industrial

Bill Wasilewski is president of Process & Industrial for Day & Zimmermann and is responsible for oversight of the company’s chemical, fibers, petroleum refining, and consumer products customers.

He has more than 35 years of engineering, construction, and maintenance services experience across a wide range of industries and has held senior roles in business operations, technology, sales and marketing, and planning. He has led global initiatives that improved profitability, productivity, and client relationships. Before joining D&Z, Mr. Wasilewski was Executive Vice President and President of Energy, Chemicals and Infrastructure for CDI, a global provider of engineering and technology solutions and recruitment and staffing services to Fortune 1000 clients.

Earlier, he spent more than 25 years at global service providers, including Fluor Corporation where, as Vice President and Group Executive in the company’s $2.1 billion Global Services division, he was responsible for sales, marketing, and strategic planning. He also served as Executive Director responsible for managing major accounts, including IBM, DuPont, and Hitachi.

Mr. Wasilewski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He completed the executive education program in Strategic Decision Making at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned a certificate in International Business Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
