Our customers pay a fixed hourly billing rate for hours worked. As employees of Day & Zimmermann, we handle all related statutory taxes, insurance, and benefits. At the end of their work assignment, employees are reassigned to other Day & Zimmermann openings or released, eliminating the need for customers to coordinate termination procedures and paperwork.
