Beth Albright is SVP of Human Resources for Day & Zimmermann.
A strategic corporate HR leader, Ms. Albright has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, including domestic and global responsibilities for various companies in the packaging, chemical and construction industries.
Ms. Albright joined Day & Zimmermann from Tekni-Plex Inc. where she was VP of Global Human Resources, and was responsible for designing and building a global HR organization. Prior to Tekni-Plex she served as Global HR Director at Rohm and Haas Company, where she was responsible for a unit with annual sales over $6B and a workforce of more than 5,000 employees. She has also held various HR managerial positions at FMC Corporation, General Chemical and Fluor Daniel.
Beth holds a bachelor of science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University, an Advanced Executive HR certification from Ross Business School at the University of Michigan and is SPHR certified.
